The All Persons page is where all the records of your congregation's members are created and stored.
📄️ Add person
The first step after creating a congregation account in Organized – is adding persons. Persons are all people who take part in your congregation's life. That's not only publishers, but also students on a midweek meetings, to allow everybody to view schedules and their assignments.
📄️ Edit person details
In Organized, you can add and manage details for each publisher. Editing this information is quite easy, since the page looks exactly like Add person page. In order to not duplicate the same information on this page, we encourage you to read that page to learn about all the information that can be entered, viewed and edited on Edit person page.
📄️ Review auxiliary pioneer applications
Publishers can submit auxiliary pioneer applications through Organized, and the congregation's service committee can review them directly in the app. If you're appointed as the service committee member, this page will be available for you and here you can view all the pending applications and review them along with two other brothers.
