My assignments – is one of the most-used features of the Organized app. It's used by everyone in a congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, who takes part in our weekly meetings. Here you can view all your upcoming assignments, whether it's a student assignment, public talk, Kingdom Hall cleaning, or meeting duties.

📄️ View meeting schedules

Meeting schedules is one of the core pages in the Organized application. This is a view-only page, which combines schedules published by different appointed brothers on corresponding scheduling pages, so everybody in the congregation can find all the schedules in one place!

📄️ Midweek meeting scheduling

Once you have the corresponding user role and rights to edit midweek meeting schedules, you'll see the Midweek meeting button on your home dashboard page. Click it to access the page where you can effortlessly schedule your congregation's midweek meetings.

📄️ Weekend meeting scheduling

Creating weekend meeting schedules in the Organized app is as simple as a few clicks! Whether you're scheduling only public talks, or whole weekend meetings, this guide will help you do it efficiently and accurately. Let's see what features Organized provides!

📄️ Refresh schedules

Although Organized automatically syncs all data every 5 minutes, you may want to ensure you have the latest schedule versions immediately. To manually check for the latest schedule updates at any time, use the "Refresh schedules" button. This quick action will download the most recent schedule versions available in Organized.
