⚙️ Congregation settings
The Congregation Settings page is your central admin panel where all the settings from across the Organized app come together. While different pages have their own Quick settings, this page gives you an overview of everything at a glance. This makes it easy to see and manage all the settings for your congregation in one place.
🔧 User accounts
Organized provides flexible user access management for your congregation. Access the 'User accounts' page from the 'Congregation' card on the home page to view and manage all users and their roles.
📨 Invite persons to your congregation
To invite persons to your congregation on Organized, follow these steps based on their user type. There are two global user types: "Baptized brother" and "Publisher or midweek student".
🔄 Sync data
This simple "Sync data" button allows you to quickly synchronize your Organized data with data of the congregation, for example for others to see your newly created schedules, recently added persons or changes in public talks. Usually, the data automatically syncs every 5 minutes. But if you need to sync the data immediately, you can use this button.
